Sarah Armstrong is an author, and former journalist. Her debut novel, ‘Salt Rain’, was shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Award, and she went on to write two more novels for adults. Now she has turned her attention to children’s fiction – her first novel for kids, ‘Big Magic’, was published in 2022 and is a Notable book in the 2023 CBCA Book of the Year awards. The sequel, ‘Magic Awry’, is out August 2nd.
